I wake up early

I shower, floss and moisturise

I meditate and visualise

I drink one large glass of water

I listen to my body and eat foods that nourishes and takes care of my body

Any behaviour or triggers from my ego self (greed, fear, not enough, attack, guilt, blame, anxiety etc) I watch with presence and love and embrace it fully without acting on it

I work with my heart and soul and give everything

I am grateful, peaceful, joyful and loving

I surrender - it's not up to me to make things happen

I reserve the evenings for my spiritual growth, learning, healing, hynotherapy etc

I write down inspired ideas, learnings and tips

I type it up on coggle

I make a video of it and put it on You Tube with call to actions in the video, the right title (helpful/how to), description, tags, thumbnail, card and end card, links & engage with community

I put it on FB personal page and group and engage with the community and be helpful

I re-check article & publish on medium and Thrive Global

I do one thing (at lease) to engage with my top 100

My PURPOSE is to support others in living a conscious, awake and free life - in a way that is relevant, understandable and accessible to everyone

I am authentic, share my learnings from a place of care and build my mass following
