How many cases?
Dobo to contact prev. clients/ NGOs and share about the idea. Particip. to be mentored by Brightive. Get cases from them. Prepare proposal, validate and approach.
Note: hybrid people with some tehcnical skills, but business oriented.
2 types of criteria
Set a tone for the cases
Mix of 180/Brigtive cases
Fundraising case - in PM/BA prespective - RAID, plan, RACI etc.
Brightive case - dashboard created/ automate RAID etc.
P0: Format
Saturday morning - get to know each other.
Saturday Noon - case is given to groups.
Sunday afternoon - presentation.
