- - - - Wind spread pollen
        
        Have pollen in the open so wind can blow it away
        
        Have fluffy ovary tubes to catch other plant pollen from the wind.
        
        No color or smell needed in the plant to encourage other organisms to spread pollen.
      - Insect spread pollen
        
        Plants have a soft pad of pollen anthers for insects to land on with their feet, so they can go to the next flower and when they land on that flower, the pollen goes down the ovary tubes.
        
        Color and maybe a small scent of smell - Most insects cannot smell but are attracted by color.
      - Bird spread pollen
        
        Color and smell attracts birds to the flower.
        
        Plant is formed into a tube with pollen at the bottom with the nectar. The pollen is what the flower wants the bird to pick up and it rewards it with nectar. The next flower the bird goes to collect nectar will have the pollen from the other flower from the birds head, and it will travel down the ovary tubes.
    - - Seeds are from plants that eventually end up in the ground.
        Seeds come from the flower of the plant or the fruit.
        These seed plants fall into two groups, angiosperms, and gymnosperms. Angiosperms are the flowering plants.
        Their seeds develop inside a female reproductive part of a flower, called the ovary, which usually ripens into a protective fruit.
        All plants that do not reproduce Asexually all come from a seed.
        Seeds can be dispersed by trees through wind, animals, water and exploding pods in trees, depending on their environment, and what will be best for them.
        There are four parts of a seed:
      - Testa - Keeps the seed warm - also protects the seed.
      - Cotyledon - Energy storage - fridge for the seed or first leaves
      - Radicle - Develops into the first root of the plant.
      - Plumule - Develops into the shoots of the plant.
      - Germination
        
        The seed will start to develop two types of roots.
        The main root holds the plant in and is the toughest root, so it doesn’t get pulled out so easily.
        The nutrient roots are tiny roots on the side that collect nutrients such as water.
        The roots of a plant will always grow towards the ground because the roots of a plant can sense gravity.
        
        Plants - producers ⟶ photosynthesis = carbon dioxide from the air + water from the ground,
        chlorophyll and sunlight. Carbon dioxide = Co2, water = H2o, sunlight = uv, glucose = C6 H12 O6, oxygen = O2
        
        The shoot develops into the stem, which holds the plant up. Then from the stem it starts growing other branches and leaves. The leaves collect sunlight and make chlorophyll and carbohydrates from carbon dioxide, which they convert to sugar because it can be preserved for a lot longer.
        
        The plant will then adapt to its habitats, getting petals to attract birds and insects, and makes pollen where it would be easiest for helpers to carry towards another flower, so that flower can then fertilize seeds and start the cycle again.

        Cell division process to make gammets. It makes 4 genetically unique gametes, they contain ½ the number of chromosomes needed because when they come together they’ll have the full amount of chromosomes. For example, if a human body cell has 46 chromosomes, then that means that we will find 23 chromosomes in human gametes.
    - - Uses more time - The baby will be an egg and will hatch at some point.
      - Uses more energy, you'd need to find an organism of the same species, opposite gender and even willing to reproduce, and you'd have to protect your newborn baby whence it hatches.
      - Offspring varies - this means that offspring can adapt to their environment to help them to survive because they have two sets of unique DNA. Different jobs help everyone survive.
  - - - Unable to adapt - There is only one parent, which means there is only one set of DNA, which means they will all be clones of that parent. Asexual reproduction also makes multiple offspring because it uses less energy. Being unable to adapt is bad because if the environment changes they might be killed by predators.
      - Easy and quick - can multiply by self and quickly make offspring to survive.

        The liquid component of blood is called plasma.
        
        The main job of the plasma is to transport blood cells throughout your body along with nutrients and waste products.
        
        Platelets:
        
        Platelets help the blood clotting
        
        Platelets are not actually cells but rather small fragments of cells. Process (or coagulation) by gathering at the site of an injury, and sticking to the lining of the injured blood vessel.
        
        This prevents blood from leaking out.
        
        A higher than normal number of platelets can cause unnecessary clotting, which can lead to strokes and heart attacks.
      - White blood cells:
        
        Protects body from infections
        
        They are much fewer in number than red blood cells, accounting for about 1 percent of your blood
        
        White blood cells live on average for a couple of days.
    - - Red blood cells:
      - Red blood cells look like donuts.
      - Bright red colour.
      - They are the most abundant cell in the body (50%).
        
        They live for 120 days.
      - Red cells contain a special protein called hemoglobin. This helps carry oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body and then returns carbon dioxide from the body to the lungs so it can be exhaled.

        The mantel becomes less dense. When particles are close to the heat source they become less dense and rise up, when they rise up they get cold and become dense and sink back down.

        It is a feature or characteristic which enables an organism to survive in its environment.
        
        Structural adaptation - Features that an organism has that grows on its body. For example, Kakapos have claws to help them grab onto branches.
        
        Behavioural adaptation - Features that an organism has that makes its behavior different. For example, a kakapo will freeze when a predator is nearby so they can camouflage.
        
        Natural selection - Best suited to environment. Most likely to reproduce.
