The joke talks about how "Asians make things cheap" which can be taken in a very negative context because of the history surrounding racism towards Asian-Americans

According to The Undefeated, Asian-Americans experience the highest percentage of workplace discrimination. A study showed that Asian-Americans are seen as better suited for lower level positions. (1)
This view makes people believe that Asian-Americans are okay with the pay that they get, it gives the belief that they will work for less than what they are worth.

This joke is, in my opinion, not funny. It takes the ideas about Asian-Americans being cheap labor and creates a joke based off of it. The joke is saying that Asians will work for very little so that we can have the things we want for cheaper.
