Solutions.
If it is in football wear shin-pads, because you are most likely to get kicked playing football rather than any other sports.
If you are playing something like rugby, then wear a scrum hat as it offers more protection, if it's another sport then stay aware of your surroundings.

Hold your parents hands so that it will prevent you from falling over; until you are old enough to walk properly.
Solutions.
Wear shoes or don't play with anything that is too heavy, so that if you do drop it on your foot then it will not hurt.
Don't play with anything too fragile that it will break, play with a soft toy, or a well built toy that will not break easily.
Wear protective pads or as an alternative don't play anything too dangerous until you can walk and run properly.
Solutions.
Have child friendly stairs, e.g. a lower Bannister.
Have safety protectors on things, e.g. table corners. this will stop them banging themselves and ending up with an injury.
Keep children out of kitchen when you are cooking, or inside if there is a fire outside in the garden.
