water and cooking pot to cook shrimps
peel and cut in half
mix them with Hoisin sauce and hot water
mix with sugar
lettuces
water to wash and cut into half

place rice wrappers in hot water for 2 seconds then lift them up
place shrimps and pork and lettuce inside the rice wrappers and roll them up into nice rolls
