I was a former athlete for my high school ,I was the fastest runner in my school and joint a lot of competitions for my school.

HKFFA Inter School Atheistic Competition 2017-2018(800M,4X400M)Champion,(1500m)1st runner up
INCIDEINT. 1 : Because of me being very sporty ,I never put effort on my studies and kept on training to be better .I didn't even study for my DSE because I believed I could get into the Hong Kong Althetics team ,I couldnt get in to the hong kong and aslo i got devasting marks in DSE.I was heart broken and didnt talk to anyone for a month,went in a depression and gained a lot of weght ,then with the help of my sister i got out of it and countinued studying .Moreover, I stopped running.Now i have a good balance between sports and academic studys.

HKFFA Inter School Football Competition 2017-2018(1st runner up)I scored 10 goals individually in total.
I'm a fitness freak ,favourite style of workout is Cross-Fit ,It inclused aperson using his/her body weight to workout. I lost 8 kgs in a month and from fat to fit.
Cross-Fit includes exercises:
Pull ups ,Muscle ups ,Chin ups, Dips
Push ups ,sit Ups ,Leg raises
Squats ,Sprinting ,Skipping ,Lunachs ,Using weighted west

Never leave a friend alone in difficult sitution,help them get up.

Never have ego in your mind.
Don't stay with people who has bad habits.
INCIDIENT 2: after my high school I was in deep depression then I started working in a French restaurant to get out of it and I met this guy who taught me many bad stuff, I never wanted drink alcohol in my life, but at that time I felt that it was ok to drink, then I started drinking everyday.One day my sister caught me and she made understand that im going on a wrong way.I listened her and stopped drinking.After that I workout everyday to bring myself back in shape.
