        Activity 2 ELL: Other cartoons will be given to students before the class as homework to read, summarize and learn new vocabulary from.
    - - Activity 1 ELL assistance- Students given sample interviews in English or dictionaries for looking up new words.

        Intervention with School Counselor to assess needs
    - - Activity 1: Extraction Read other volunteers journals, taking vocabulary, grammar, and concepts from there to learn from others
        Activity 2: Compare and contrast their social interaction with the other students and write another journal entry
        
        Activity 3: Pull out Lesson- These students will be pulled out to learn key UOI vocabulary in an ELL class.
  - - - Activity 0: Teacher Meeting- Each student will meet individually with the teacher to assess if they need more language assistance, special needs, or a peer to partner with them for the unit.

- - - - Assessments: Reading- Students will submit a book report relative to the UOI content, LOI, etc. Interview- Student interviews will have a refelction. Cartoon- will be peer reviewed and all social interaction and LOI data will be extracted and posted on the wall.
    - - Assessments: Teacher Meeting- Teacher will take notes and assess special needs and language abilities. Journal reading-Students will do a journal report. Compare and contrast journal entry- These will be viewed for conceptual understanding
    - - Assessments: Walls will have a rubric to evaluate having all the necessary components. Cartoon will be peer reviewed and all social interaction and LOI data will be extracted and posted on the wall.
