He is dedicated to the sport and to his athletes. He is present to all of his practices and meets to support his athletes. During all the meets, I didn't realize until Clash of Titans, he had been telling where to set my standards before all of my jumps.

She does this by helping me with homework, hanging out with me during break and lunch, and joke about a crush with me. During class we tease each other about boys and when I was very down one school day, I didn't ask, but she followed me to the restroom to give me a hug.

She cooks and cleans for the family and drives me places. I remember for one of my birthdays she bought me art supplies because I was using them often.

We talk every day at school and continue contact through text whether about memes, tv shows, emotions, sports, or homework. We see each other on the bus before school every day and talk life.

The coaches provide guidance and workouts during practices to condition myself and enhance my running capabilities.

We hangout whenever we can and keep each other up to date on our lives. Just recently we went to the Fremont Hub together to catch up after not seeing each other for an ENTIRE TWO WEEKS

Promise to always be open to each other, supportive of our goals, be friends forever, and give unconditional love.
We text every night and never hide any secrets from each other. Just last night, we texted for over an hour about life, troubles, stress, school, boys, and anything that came up.

During season, he always asked how I was and he brought about and noticed my improvement during and through practices. After the 400 during a meet against Washington and Newark Memorial, he found me and told me I had improved.

Promise if I ever need a ride, or talk about emotions, they are there
They have already provided me with rides to practice and talk to them when I need them emotionally. One Saturday I missed practice, so I went running with them where we spilled our troubles, full-filled mileage, ate brunch, and had fun.

We hug and talk whenever we see each other and she has always been there when I am blue. Every morning in the library, we meet at some point to hug, talk, and joke around

All the teachers are volunteer and a family community has built up within the dojo. One can't train alone, and I am never alone on the mat.
