Spread by pathogens (bacteria/viruses/parasites/fungi). Most spread from person-person but can be caught from objects, food etc. E.G Food Poisoning
Non infectious
Not communicable - many causes (poor nutrition/Vit D deficiency = rickets, lifestyle = diabetes, genetic = breast cancer
Communicable/ non communicable
Comunicable
Micro-organisms e.g bacteria &viruses, can be spread, directly, or indirectly from one person to another
Non- Comunicable
Cannot be caught from someone else

Outbreak that attacks many people at the same time and spreads in restricted time

Epidemic that has spread worldwide
