mindfulness isn't cultivating state - meditation cultivates awareness of the body - mindfulness is often talked about by people who have little state experience awareness
in culitivating more mindfulness, we are cultivating more growth
Mindfulness is useful bringing people's awareness to their suffering, can only go their when you have enough stability to hold the crazy money mind, therefore need to cultivate that to enable people to look

spend most of our time in the lower ones than we do in the later ones on a daily basis - much more often in opportunist than ironist - it's the diplomat sub personality driving a car stopping at red light

power archetypes when you create enough suffering surprisingly quickly - we become repacious beasts around power gives us with humilty and the ability to debrief

power and money has people regress
you can never do these things alone
there is no point in having a speculative theory unless it's anchored in experiments with feedback that lets you know if it will work

whenever we start, we start in self protective mode, then we move to diplomat, we never start a conversation in later stages
To build at scale - we need developmental community

AR+ are invitiation to people who are doing their own work but do it together
individual work is necessary AND insufficient
still have the relational work - you can only do that in relationship
need to do it with real people
if we are intertested in later stage perspective - play with 1st, 2nd, 3rd person intention orientation at the same time
when I invite a group together is in service of 1st person devleopment and something bigger
don't linger on STATE experience, just give them an experience that invites inquiry - experiential learning
