Proposal of Business Model
We are proposing a new business model that upgrades the performance of Coppel´s website and that also call the attention of millennials and new generations.
Upgrading the webpage for the new generation will also take into account new features for people of all ages are attracted. Giving them a first discount by making their profile or subscribing to their newsletter, or by sharing the website or app with their friends is a new megatrend that retailers are now using for competitiveness within the market.
Since new generations prefer to buy stuff by e-commerce we are proposing a rewards program within the app and the webpage.
Coppel rewards are not only about obtaining offers often you purchase something, but no is also of creating an identity within the enterprise and identifying yourself with the products Coppel offer you to buy. We are planning to make some levels of loyalty which means that each level will give the customer a plus for buying things via online, like extra discounts, free delivery, gifts, among others.
This means we are attracting new generations attention and also allowing them to interact within Coppel´s app and webpage.
