Management
If smoking,patient should quit
Exercise regulary.aim for at least 30 mins
maintaining healthy weight
limits alcohol use
Take the blood pressure medication precribed by doctor
Avoid to take more then recommended dose over the counter medications
Eatn a low-salt diet containing plenty of friuts,vegetable and whole grains
Keep a healthy blood sugar level

Blood in your urine
Back or side pain
kidney stones
High blood pressure
kidney failure
Urinary tract or kidney infection
