HABIT #1: PROACTIVE
Question 1: His reaction is not expected because the audience is thinking that he is going to be disappointed he was cut out.

Question 4: Because putting other people down to make yourself feel good is not kind and inconsiderate of the person.

Question 7: Boos influence changed his view of the situation which turned him to be reactive instead of proactive
Question 8: They keep the kid hidden although, it is common knowledge that they should not and report it to the CDA.
Question 9: His motives change from wanting to just get rid of the kid, to wanting to keep it and learning to love it.

HABIT #4: THINK WIN-WIN
Question 1: When Mike stumbles upon a door, his idea is short term due to the fact that he is only looking forward to maxing out the scare meter, and placing 1st among others, allowing him to succeed and beat his competitors.
Question 2: Mike and Sulley's goal than changes and limits chances of WIN-WIN by their responsibilities switching and focusing on getting Boo back to her home, rather that placing number 1 among all the monsters.
Question 3: When Mike apologizes to Sully about how he was thinking of himself rather than getting Boo back to safety, it changes the situation into a WIN-WIN due to the fact that he was thinking of everyone getting what they want, Boo getting home, Sully successfully protecting her and Mike exposing Randell for cheating.

HABIT #6: SYNERGIZE
Question 1: When Sully needs to be re-energized, throughout the movie Sully would look at Boo and be reminded about what his Goals and motivations are, because Boo brought joy and happiness to Sully.
HABIT #5: SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND, THEN TO BE UNDERSTOOD
Question 1: He realized she sees him the same as Randall, which causes him to change his motives because he doesn't want to be seen as just another "monster" to Boo.
Question 2: Over the course of the movie and Boo sort of became a child figure for Sully. Knowing he wouldn't see her again after all the time they spend together left Sully upset Because he became attached to her.

FINAL QUESTIONS
Question 1: The fact that this movie takes place over a 2 day time period shows how quickly you can change character and and have new motives in your life.
Question 2: The fact that Sully and Mike were able to save MONSTERS INC proves that you can make a big impact if you set Smart goals that are relevant to your objective. Doing this allowed the results wanted from Sully and Mike.
Question 3: When Sully looks at the Crayon picture that Boo drew, this was a perfect energizer due to it reminding him of what his main focused should be, by the picture making him feel as if he was missing something without Boo
Question 4: Although Mike and Sully ended up with the same goal towards the end of the movie, they did not start off with the same idea in mind. Mike wanted to get rid of the Boo to keep himself safe while Sully made it his main focus to get her back to her home.
Question 5: Mike gives up on what they were working towards and starts arguing with Sully. This is a normal person behavior because their situation is so dire and seems helpless, that Mike feels like he needs to blame someone.
Question 6: Sullys motive over the movie changes to wanting to prove to Boo that he is different from Randall and the other monsters and not make her scared of him.
Question 7: Both of them would have probably gotten hurt or froze to death, as well as Randall would have won and boo would have gotten hurt as well.
