"Limited space inspires creative solutions"
Balconies
tight space
things kept in balconies
lots of plantation
gardening equipment
outdoor balcony furniture
clothes drying stands
extra storage
built in box for plants to be potted/planted
storage sections specially for equipments can be created
Problems that occur
Balconies are weird shaped and small sometimes preventing space for furniture to fit.
The various sized plants don't have enough space either, sometimes shabby looking if kept just like that
Things kept outside get dirty with dust and sand easily in a few days. One has to keep cleaning.
Clothes drying stand takes up so much space. Also, the clothes get dirty, stiff or sometimes remain wet depending on the weather conditions.
Sandstorms and strong winds can blow off anything that has a light weight.
Things kept in the balcony get heated up too quickly
Temperature control properties would be important
foldable/collapsable table or table surface great to keep away during summers
what do people do in their balconies
use to sit outside and enjoy the view
drink/eat with comfort
read/store magazines or books or newspapers
hang clothes on the drying stand
store extra stuff that is not needed inside.
could be below eye level to avoid disturbing the view
seating place can be added for the comfort of the customers
book/magazine thin holders to store a few to read when one wants to
could include a small foldable drying rack
the material could be weather resistant, plus easy to clean up
Privacy
space used for smoking
An optional cigarette butts tray
