Through this the calculations of thermal energy of the water can be carried out, which can later be used to compare with the power rating of the microwave oven

The calculation carried in this process will allow to find precise results on the energy efficiency of the microwave which can latter be used to compare against some of the factors of the microwave (watts, volume, etc) to conclude the most optimal value for that particular factor which results in increasing the power efficiency of the microwave oven.
