Glomerulonephritis
Definition
Is inflammation of the tiny filters in your kidneys(glomeruli). Glomeruli removes excess fluid, electrolytes and waste from your blood stream and pass them into the urine. It can be sudden(acute) or gradual(chronic).

Plasmapheresis, a blood filtering process to remove harmful proteins from the blood.

Excess fluid volume for normal fluid balance as evidenced by absence of edema vital within the client's normal limit and balanced fluid intake and output
Activity intolerance, the client will progress to increased tolerance for an activity.

Monitor lab/ diagnostic studies, Glomerular filtration rate, kidney biopsy, ultrasounds and CT scans if indicated

Diagnosis
Urine test, it may show red blood cells in urine.

Imaging tests allows visualization of kidneys such as x-rays and ultrasound examination or a CT scan.
Kidney biopsy where a tiny piece of the kidney is removed with a needle and looked at under microscope
