varicocele

varicocele arises slowly and is usually located in the left side because the sparmatic vein enters the renal vein at a 90 degrees angle that causes back pressure.

this is a painless accumulation of clear yellow fluid in the scrotal sac and it can conceal a testicular tumor or ingunial hernia.

infection may cause reddened scrotal skin and edema, extreme tenderness of the scrotum and fever. the acute phase may last for a week.
management
bed rest, scrotal support, prescribed analgesics for pain and antibiotics for infection.
