Basic Precautions to take while using tools
G-Clamp

Ensure that the swivel at the end of the screw turns freely before usage of the clamp.
Ensure that you have tightened the clamp to your work table extremely well
Do not use clamps that have a bent frame

Always wear closed toed shoes while using the clamp
Remove clamp as soon as you are done using it.

Make sure there is good lighting while using tool
Never move the scroll saw great distances.
Check if the are sharp and not dull before using as it can create uneven cuts
Only cut dry wood
Keep your fingers away from the blades

Use full length strokes directed away from your body
