When good help has been secured, It is easy to fall into the trap of "Management by Abdication." This is when all of the work is delegated, but protocols, accountability, follow up measures, etc. are not put into place. The owner "sits back" and delegates, but does not oversee or manage. Company values and excellence can be lost in this stage.
When things begin to fall apart, the tendency is to step in and do everything yourself again.
