feeling heavy, unenergetic
talking fast
fidgety need to move
BRAIN FAST OR POSITIVE
I am 2/10 steps ahead of everyone I just want them to catch up
I have so many different ideas running around in my head
I am a problemsolver
Think out of the box/creative/divergent thinker I can see things others cant
can hyperfocus and work more intensely and faster than a neurotypical
running 100 miles an hour/internally hyperactive which contrasts with the stereotypical understanding of hyperactivity
BRAIN SLOW AND OR NEGATIVE
if distracted finds it hard to get back on track
can get overwhelmed
needs to have time to recharge the brain
can't make brain focus if it doesn't want to
can't control distractions, feels brain is tuning into external stimuli
TIME
different sense of time either early or late
I can't track time I need to put things in place
I have two times now or never
I can see 2 days/2 weeks into the future and this is it, I can't action anything that is further than that
People think I don't care, are lazy and rude because I am late they don't get that I did get up in time but I lost track along the way, it is something I can't control
