Interview with the client as well to understand the impacts of low consumer spending on my client’s firm
Interview with two customers from type A, and two customers from type B, so in total there will be 4 interviews
These interviews can represent each customer base (A and B) because they work in a similar way and have similar objectives on what type of diamonds they desire since all of these customers work in similar places and have similar customers
Questions to ask
Have you tried any methods of marketing till now to encourage customers? If so, please provide evidence

Who did you try these marketing strategies on? (Customer A or Customer B and what specific methods did u use on who?
Have you conducted any previous market research on your customers, mainly the two main types of customers (A and B), if so what information did you obtain about your customers (THIS WOULD THEN BE SECONDARY RESEARCH)
What impacts did you and your firm (only taiwan branch? or the whole firm?) face due to the low consumer spending, can you please also provide some evidence
How would you quantify a large customer base specifically by looking at the situation and your experience in the Taiwan trading market
In terms of the price of your products, have you used any pricing strategies previously to encourage customers, what were the impacts of this decision, please provide us with evidence. If not, do you know any competitor who has done this and what impacts he/she faced, please provide evidence
