Time Out (Structured Time Out)

Hans should know that he needs to listen when his teachers are giving instructions and stop singing or making funny noises after he enters the classroom. He also should stop using the fact that he is an ELL student as an excuse not to do what he is supposed in the classroom and act as if he did not understand when he in fact does. He needs to learn why his disruptive behavior is unacceptable and accept responsibility for his behavior.
