e.g. Not enough training/education in the meetings
Communicate common member concerns to the club and provide solutions
e.g.. speeches take too long to prepare--provide ideas and speech templates
Address common guest concerns when they first appear at a meeting
e.g concern about fees- HR pays for active members.
Action
Determine Guest and Former Member contacts;
Mailing list
Logging guests from attendance sheet and contact if not seen in a period of time, say 6 months
We can start this process of stabilizing and growing club membership today using this approach
Determine a few questions for each survey
Use LISA or other survey tool to collect results.
There is an opportunity for all of us to help with this process. We'll start with you the current members. When we send out a survey, please take a minute or two to fill it out with your honest opinion. Your participation will help improve the club for all of us.
