List down all problems from a client device to Internet. Figure out diagnostics tools to identify each problem. When an end user cannot connect to the network, headend redirects the URL to my.nile.com and let them know that the wifi and the network is fine but not the Internet, and IT Admin is working on it. There are three types of users: 1/ End User 2/ IT Admin 3/ Nile Operators; IT admins can tag users/client devices and use it for debugging later. Use user's history (list of sites - frequently visited or last visited) to check the availaibility (reachability and performance) of those sites.

Verify the following
Ping nile server (SpeedTest) / web property from a sensor at user's location
Ping nile server (SpeedTest) and a web property from an AP from user's location.

Ping AP/Sensor from nile cloud
