2 - Won Ton soup is number 2 on my list because it has been one of my favorite foods for as long as I can remember, but the only Won Ton soup I like is my Grandmas. My Grandad usually makes the pastry with flour, water, salt and a bit of yellow food coloring but ever since he had a stroke he hasn't been able to make them anymore. My Grandad used to make the Won Ton pastries by mixing all the ingredients together. Then he used an old fashioned pastry roller and then he cut it into squares. My Grandma made the filling by using pork mince, salt, pepper and a bit of sesame oil. She threw it up and down until it had little string things. We have a special way of wrapping the Won Tons and I like to help make them. My Grandma then cooks them in a chicken or vegetable broth and serves them. There are also fried Won Tons but I prefer the soup because the fried Won Tons are hard to eat.

6 - Pork buns are number 6 on my list because my Grandma also made them, she had the fluffiest pork buns I have ever tried. She also had an amazing filling. She usually cooks them and them steams them in the microwave for us. The outside of Pork buns are usually made with warm water, yeast, flour, oil, salt, and baking powder. My Grandma usually freezes them and takes them out when we want to eat them. I used to not really enjoy pork buns that much but now I really like them.

3 - Macaroons are number 3 on my list because one of my Mums clients used to make macaroons and my Mum would decorate them for her. All the practice and broken ones my sister and I were able to eat. I have tried many flavors of macaroons, I have tried charcoal, chocolate, strawberry, vanilla bean, macadamia nut, caramel and more. I love how the macaron is so delicate and chewy it is on the inside, I also enjoy the different flavors of the buttercream filling on the inside.

7 - Meat and veggie Chow Mein is number 7 on my list because has been a classic thing to order when we get Thai or Chinese food. My favorite part of Meat Chow Mein is the broccoli because I enjoy the texture and flavor of it. Meat Chow Mein is a flavor that makes me feel at home because of all the times I have eaten it at the beach or at home. I like beef or chicken in my Chow meins.

4 -Egg/bubble Waffles are number 4 on my list because I like how the inside is a bit chewy and the outside is nice and crispy. The egg/bubble waffles are the perfect shape to share because they are crcles and you can snap the off and eat them or you can just bite them. I have egg/bubble waffles in sylvia park and other food stalls. My favourite flavor of egg/bubble waffles are vanilla/plain. There are lots of flavors of egg/bubble waffles and they can also be savory, sometimes they serve sauce (like strawberry and chocolate) on the waffles with icecream. I don't like ordering egg/bubble waffles with icecream because they get a bit soggy.

9 - Special tofu is number 9 on my list because every time we go to master Chinese the special tofu has been my favorite for ages. The special tofu is tofu cut into squares, battered then fried as well. The outside is semi crunchy and the sauce really brings out the flavors. Usually the Tofu is cut into four squares and has some green onions on the top. I have a lot of memories going to master Chinese with my family and having really delicious food.

10 - Moon cakes are number 10 on my list because I have so many memories of my granddad bringing home moon cakes from winning bowing matches. He usually brings home 2 or more moon cakes. I also tried taro and custard moon cakes at master Chinese where I have my special tofu. We got to try a bit of them for free and I really liked them. The ones we tried at master chinese were snow skin moon cakes and the one I tried from grandad were baked.

8 - Spring rolls come number 8 on my list because once again my grandma also makes them. I really like my grandma's homemade ones but I also don't mind the frozen or store-bought ones. My grandma makes big batches of her spring rolls. Some spring rolls are vegetarian but not my grandmas. Being Chinese she loves meat and we also love meat in the spring rolls. My grandma usually eyeballs the
all measurements.

5 - Curry puffs are number 5 on my list because my grandma makes them for me and my family. My grandmas curry puffs have a really nice flavoring and they taste great. The shape of my grandmas curry puffs don't look like most curry puffs because they are rectangles. My grandma uses her deep frying to fry them, then she puts them in freezer bags and gives them to us.

1 - Mochi comes number 1 on my list because I really enjoy the flavors and variety of them, there are ice cream mochi, red bean and more. I personally like the red bean and ice cream ones as well. I have also tried peanut mochi with a bit of crushed peanuts on the top and the filling on the inside was kind of like a crunchy peanut butter. I really enjoy the matcha icecream mochi because it tastes very fresh and a lot like green tea which I enjoy. You can find mochi at the store but I have only seen the icecream mochi at the store.
