COMMITMENT TO "DUE PROCESS OF LAW"
Established procedures; no trial without evidence/testimony to support accusations; reliance on local courts and magistrates; trials held in a timely manner; trials open to the public; trial by jury of one's peers
Chapter 21
Everyone can only be fined by their equals or peers, or to what the extend of what they have done.
Chapter 40
Nothing can happen to anyone´s rights or justice at anytime. If you are in court and you cannot afford a layer or attorney, one will be provided to anyone no matter what they had done or said to have done.
Chapter 63
All people have their liberties, rights, ect. and they cannot be taken away from them. The belong to everyone for peace and to live without being forced do do something. The same goes for our heirs, home, and whatever else we care about
FAIRNESS OF THE LAWS AND THEIR EXECUTION
"Reasonable" rules and regulations; equal justice under the law; recognition of customs, traditions, and established rights; restoration of property and fines if not justly taken; punishment in proportion to the crime.
Chapter 20
A person can only be fined to the extend of the crime that they have been opposed to commit. The worse the crime is, the worse the punishment is put on to the person. Robbing with no death- medium, mass shooting- death.
Chapter 38
No one can put someone on trial with no statement supported with no evidence to prove of what they have been claimed of doing. It was referred by Edward Coke : The Golden Passage- there must be strong evidence or else the crime cannot be proved the court of law.
Chapter 45
We will only appoint officials or people who know the law to keep a realm together without chaos. Think of it today as if a kid was the leader of the world, they would probably not know a lot on the law and it would be chaos.
Chapter 39
Nobody that is free can lose their rights, possessions, standing, or exiled with force against them because they permanent own them if they are free.
Chapter 18
As like a president or governor is, it is a limited time, we will send two justices 4 times a year making it 8 justices total that we must give for when the court will meet as the county itself.
Chapter 24
No one with power hat is not royal is not allowed to hold a lawsuit that is supposed to be in control of the royal justices. It meant to provide the best way of a uniform justice system. It was not one popular to local interpretation.
Chapter 55
All fines are given unjustly and against the law of the land. There are 25 barons that secure the peace with Stephen of Canterbury, to protect as people give gifts to Stephen like he was a tic toc star or something. Keep peace even if he cannot present, the 25 barons will go even if Stephens judgement is set aside.

Right to property; fairness in economic transactions--standard weights and measures; reimbursement for and/or restoration of property; freedom for merchants to move in order to conduct business
Chapter 39
Nobody that is free can lose their rights, possessions, standing, or exiled with force against them them when they are free. They have their rights if they are free even if they may not look that way. That goes to the saying: Never judge a book by its cover.
Chapter 60
All things granted to a kingdom, will be observed by the kingdom as far as concerns of relations with the bad. All men shall be let to observe even if they have a low class job that won´t pay that good so it is a good place to live. All of the people have their rights and liberties in a country.
Chapter 36
In the future, you cannot pay with your life our body parts because that would be permanent damage to you. The punishment payment can be illegal if it is not the nations currency that is not normally used.
RULE OF LAW
Powers and privileges of the king are clearly defined and limited; charter provides for enforcement of restrictions placed on the king.
Chapter 19
Everyone will have a fair hearing in court that have attended. As today, a jury would have a say for the one that is held even if the limit of what can be said overloaded.
Chapter 17
Legal records of what had happened can move from court to court as known today- evidence. It can be a solution of many delays, uncertain schedules, and even have the possibility of not being heard in a case.
