RULE OF LAW
Powers and privileges of the king are clearly defined and limited; charter provides for enforcement of restrictions placed on the king.
Chapter 45: There shall be an appointed enforcer of law. They will demonstrate and know the law to keep the law in place. These men, such as sheriffs, will keep the law in order. This relates to The Rule Of Law because there are designated law officials.
Chapter 63: All men are to be free under the law. Everything should be in good faith which relates to The Rule Of Law* because by said law all men are to be free.
