Passive movements in such a manner that the patient can prevent the movement if they choose - oscillary or sustained stretching

Movements that patient can perform on their own; flexion, extension, rotation, lateral flexion
Accessory Movement
Movements that cant be actively performed on own; Glide, Spin, Traction
