        virus : influenza type A,B/parainfluenza/respiratory symcytial ในเด็ก✨/adeno/rhino/rubeolar/varicella/CMV

        เกิดการอักเสบแค่เป็นจุดๆ และอยู่แค่ระดับ alveolar septa,pulmonary interstitum โดยจะไม่เข้า alveolar space✨
        
        ตรงที่อักเสบจะเป็นสี red-blue + edema✨
        
        inflammatory cell infiltrate สูง✨ lymphocyte,neutrophil
        
        cold agglutinin เจอถ้าติด mycoplasma

        superimposed bact. infect จากการติด bact. นานๆ

        เชื้อเหมือนประเภทอื่นๆ พวก ปรสิต พยาธิด้วย
