I've never been involved with the organization, but it sounds great! I graduated from Loyola Chicago and we started a chapter of Citizen Physicians, a national organization focused on civic engagement for health professionals.         Our methods for using this mind map can and should evolve. Jenny will not be offended by changes that you make
        
        Example: chains of text boxes
        
        it's helpful to have a single box with a title and then smaller boxes with details. Use your judgement
        
        Example: colors and shapes
        
        Typically it makes sense to keep items within a category the same color, but it's also arbitrary. Shapes have some specificity (e.g. returning members' names are in square boxes, new members in rounded boxes), but nothing is set in stone
        
        as you can see in this chain, the colors of each box automatically get darker with increased links
        
        changing the color of a single item within a group can help highlight that item
      - Please do not be shy about changing and editing things!
        
        please be a little shy about deleting things that others created. Better to move it to the side if you think something needs to be removed
        
        it may be helpful to enter your name when you make some changes so others know who to ask about it. As far as I know, there isn't an easy way to track each person's changes
