Gallbladder cancer
definition
Gallbladder cancer is a rare disease in which malignant (cancer) cells are found in the tissues of the gallbladder
Phathophysiology
Gallbladder cancer is uncommon. When gallbladder cancer is discovered at its earliest stages, the chance for a cure is very good
But most gallbladder cancers are discovered at a late stage, when the prognosis is often very poor.
Your gallbladder is a small, pear-shaped organ on the right side of your abdomen, just beneath your liver

-
Abdominal pain, particularly in the upper right portion of the abdomen
-
Causes
Doctors know that gallbladder cancer forms when healthy gallbladder cells develop changes (mutations) in their DNA
These mutations cause cells to grow out of control and to continue living when other cells would normally die. The accumulating cells form a tumor that can grow beyond the gallbladder and spread to other areas of the body.
-
Most gallbladder cancer begins in the glandular cells that line the inner surface of the gallbladder
Gallbladder cancer that begins in this type of cell is called adenocarcinoma. This term refers to the way the cancer cells appear when examined under a microscope

Management
Strengthening the emotional factors of psychological nursing has an important relationship between the therapeutic effect and prognosis of the disease, medical staff should give patients more information on successful cases of anticancer
Encourage patients to do what they can. To transfer bad emotions, self-conditioning mentality, such as the practice of qigong, walking, listening to science knowledge, to achieve a combination of static and dynamic
do a good job of routine care patients rest, help patients to maintain a comfortable position, sleep generally to the left side of the position, supine position is better, to avoid the gallbladder parts under pressure.
lose observation of the changes in the vital signs of patients, to prevent acute gallbladder perforation, peritonitis, biliary hemorrhage, diffuse liver metastasis, liver failure and other complications.
Pharmacological therapy
Radiation therapy. Radiation uses high-powered beams of energy, such as X-rays and protons, to kill cancer cells.
Clinical trials. Clinical trials are studies testing experimental or new medications to treat gallbladder cancer. Talk to your doctor to see whether you're eligible to participate in a clinical trial.
