Maintain personal hygiene by giving bath daily, doing valvu swabbing, changing under clothes daily or more frequently if necessary
Administer prescribed medication, analgesia and antibiotics

Pathophysiology
The infecting organism colonise the virginal and cervix causing low grade virginities and cervicitis. Subsequently the infection ascends to the uterus and fallopian tubes causing endometritis, Salpingitis and Oopharitis
