Organisational Philosophy
The Client is seeking an active community of Suppliers who are capable of consistently providing a high quality and competitive service, with a business model which complements their desire to successfully deliver projects within the scope of this Framework. Please describe:
• your approach to building an effective supply chain to deliver Work or Time Charge Orders on this Framework. You should demonstrate how this will incorporate collaboration, along with providing the Client’s cost, time and quality requirements, particularly in times of high demand within the industry regionally.

Successful delivery of jobs at extreme ends of the UK at the same time, i.e we had work going on in

IMS for planning, commercial, H&S, env etc.
Establish each site to be as "self sufficient" as possible, enabling us to cover from Inverness to Cornwall.
Consistency - every time we set up a site in a new area, our success is repeatable.
