What is not working for you?

Lack of proper working enviroment (since 2nd July)
-bumped out of the room
-bad chairs
-isolation from the team
-not hearing what is going on

Challenge to gain product knowledge as I was doing admin type work

Didn't find a lot of product information on line and I don't believe I can get the SME due to their time

Lack of product knowledge is detrimenatl to my productivity

Struggle with the new processes and procedures but we all struggle with that.

Clarissa is great

Louise and Rebecca are overworked

All other SME in the business are great (Erica)

Asheni seems to be a bottleneck (from a time perspective)

difficult time with her communciation style we have overcome this by using Dilan

CodeGen on site is great

What would you expect from the BA Lead

Personally you have hleped me because you were near by

Great to have everything in one place in Jira

Confluence difficult to find what I am looking for

Google Drive - spreadsheets are difficult to access if at all as my laptop seems not to allow me to use it. I down load them and work from there.

Laptop is losing network at least 7 times a day.
does not reconnect. have to close down the apps to get back on.

Conferencing tools need revisiting
