How we assign tickets into QA
- hard to track what you have done. it looks like you have nothing but they are in QA

US/UACs dupliation of effort needs to be resolved.
- create an additional process when changing Us/UAC
-clarifications questions are added but we don't know as we don't get prompted.
Do not like the structure in the Google Drive too hard to find and track items.
Dont mind as google Doc - but use one folder.

Missing information of clarification from the Google Doc is an issue. We need to own the information.
Sync up call agenda's need to be more specific questions
