Roles need to be clearer: What is Josh's role, Andre's role and Gaby's Role and Ben's role to assist. This causes confusion.
Communcation is improving between Orion and Sun but we seem to be remote from Saturn and we don't really know. There needs to be more collaboration. - car grouping - we are not loading cars.
