Mechanism of action
Antazoline binds to the histamine H1 receptor.
This blocks the action of endogenous histamine wich lead to temporarily relieve of negative symptom.

Dosage
For adult: instill 1 drop every 3 hours
Maintenance treatment: instill 1 drop 2 times a day 5 times a day.
Children: 2 to 12 years: 1 to 2 drops per day
