• Oral hygiene

Normal saline, sodium bicarbonate, diluted mouthwashes and antibiotics

Give analgesics for severe, mild or moderate pain

• Obstruction of airway

Monitor respiration, oxygen saturation and colour of the extrimities

Causes
• Trauma due to tobacco, alcohol, and spicy food
• Malnutrion, syphilis and cirrhosis
