How do we hire, onboard and develop team in our remote, distributed setup so that we could grow rapidly (30-50% a year e.g. 12 ppl in next year) and deal with demand spikes whilst maintaining a powerful culture, minimal breakdowns, high quality delivery and a sustainable, competitive cost point (cost mix <= $20-30 / h) and >= 80% billability; all whilst spending no more than $30k a year and 0.1 FTE of management (2d a month) on hiring + onboarding (development may be more)?
