Feature Summary
If user selects no, they are redirected back to the email page
If user selects yes they are prompted for their existing password and then the thank you modal. PASSWORD FLOWS APPLY HERE (expired password flow, forgot password link)
User goes through regular registration work flow, if the email is already used, it asks the user if they'd like to use the email as their login.
