comes from palm in southern US, used from BPH, however evidence suggests it does not help, gennerally well tolerated
St Johns Wort
derived from flower Hypericum perforatum, may work like anti-depressants but has tons of drug interactions, make sure patients talk to their HCP if they are taking it
