Thesis statement
Smoking should be banned in all public places as there is no risk-free level of secondhand smoke, and even brief exposure can cause immediate harm. Many countries today have laws that prohibits smoking in public places because it affects non smokers as well. I strongly agree that smoking should be banned in all public areas and not only due to the health problems, social problems as well as the environmental problems.
