Daily Behavioral chart to have student write down his/her behavioral issue for the day, have teacher/parent sign
Case study #1: Johnny and Kenny are disrupting class whispering and laughing with each other. You ask them to quiet down and they do momentarily. After another warning they continue to laugh and engage in conversation. It continues throughout the rest of class. They are dismissive and have a lack of common courtesy.

Behavioral chart to monitor and track progress; student will assess own punishment and sign agreement with attached apology letter to people she disrespected
Check-ins with counselor bi-weekly; monitor progress talk about issues regarding her outbursts
