GE has a comprehensive list of what is ADA approved as far as appliances go, the number I found was consistent was 5 lbs and the use of 1 hand as well as front-loading for all ranges, cooktops, ovens, microwaves, fridges, and dishwashers. So obviously we have to take into consideration materials and keep whatever we are working with light obviously.

The info I found at OSHA was pretty much the same.
5 lbs & 1 hand

I will be designing the pans themselves, 1 frying pan 9.5" inches : Dimensions 23 X 10 X 1.5 inches
1-quart saucepan: Dimensions 4.0 x 6.0 x 13.38 in
New plan on Monday 07/22/19 we are focusing on just the saucepan to make it better instead of spreading ourselves to thin with to pans. I completed the sauce pan last week. I am starting on writing the design factors etc.
I will print them as well and I will attempt to do a power point but don't hold me to that.

Aluminum Pot/Pan
Lightweight
Good conductor second to Copper
Inexpensive
Wooden Handle
Doesn't conduct heat
Can be very attractive
Doesn't need to be very heat resistant because the handles are detachable and may not find themselves in an oven
Looks like this (based on materials)
Size and shape vary based on the handle attached and the base pot/pan
HOMEWORK FOR JULY 3
POP SOCKET
WINDOW SHADES
SIMPLE SMALL IDEA
GINA NELSON
BRIAN PEDIGO
DRAKE VALENZUELA
This concept is likely the easiest to draw in Solidworks
