Kerly B Lines: Classic finding (septal lines)
- fluid filling space btw alveoli and bronchi
- usually present
Pleural Effusion:
- Costophrenic angle Blunted
- fluid filled the space
- Gravity dependent
Pneumothorax:
- Area of lung is too black between ribs
- can see deflated lung
Lobar Pneumonia:
- hazy area
Interstitial Fibrosis:
- diffuse white stuff, (not fluffy)
- "Honeycombing"
Hilar Lymphadenopathy
- sarcoid, TB
- large and white
Pulmonary Nodule:
- subtle areas of whiteness
- coin lesion
