Purchase Flow
- Customer place an order
- Retailer (we) receives the money
- Retailer notifies customer purchase has occurred successfully and gives the receipt of intermediation service
- Retailer places an order to Supplier via email / Slack / Whatsup / whatever
- Retailer pays the supplier
- Supplier sends the product directly to the customer behalf on the retailer
- Supplier gives the tracking number
- Customer receives the product
Return Flow
- Customer sends the wrong / damaged product to retailer's physical address
- Retailer sends it back to the supplier and decide if will return the money or a new product
