        Amyloid: Gingiva or fat pad biopsy
        
        Sarcoid: Cardiac MRI w/ endomyocaridal biopsy
        
        hemochromatosis: Ferritin (elevated) & genetic test
        
        Tx: Diastolic CHF protocol: BBlockers :trumpet: = CCB :icecream:
        
        :warning:gentle diuresis, watch out in RHF, need to be able to fill ventricle
        
        Transplant
        
        Goal: treat underlying disease ( usually ineffective, high mortality)
