1a) Classical works - Literary, dramatic, musical or artistic
1b) Entrepreneurial rights - sound recordings, cinematographic films, published editions of work
commissioned work: employer is the first owner
no registration needed, automatically conferred
1c) Live performances - plays, dance, puppet shows, circus acts
2) Unpublished works: work must be made in Singapore
2) Published works: work must be first produced in Singapore
