For unpublished works, the author must be a Singapore Citizen or PR at the time the work was made
For published works, the author must be a Singapore Citizen or PR at the time the work was published and the published work must have been first produced in Singapore
Rights of copyright owner
Literary,dramatic,musical works owners
Has the right to reproduce in material form, publish the work, perform the work in public,broadcast the work, include work in cable program, made an adaption of the work
Artistic works owners
same as above but no right to perform in public and also the right to convert work from 2D to 3D/3D to 2D
Duration of Copyright protection
Trademark
Protected by Statue (Trademark Act) and registration is required
